Project Description

Restoring old buildings is no short of a challenge. Functionality must meet Art, with respect for the delicate designs of the past. We’re experienced in developing real estate projects and working in historic city centers and heritage buildings.

This is one of those projects, in which we analyze the context, and develop studies for construction viability, how many units we’ll be able to build, how many square meters, and guide our clients through licensing requirements.

Here we’re proposing a mixed-use intervention, so people can have different relationships with the City Center of Braga, contributing to its regeneration. Since the purpose is build-to-rent this project will help the sustainability of Braga’s dwelling fabric.
